About the role
- Managing multiple clients
- Ensuring compliance with and implementation of all relevant regulations and guidelines for technical building management
- Independently planning maintenance and repair measures
- Contributing to the execution of major building maintenance projects and smaller new-construction, conversion and extension works in the area of building services
- Cost optimization of technical and infrastructural FM services
- Deployment planning, coordination and performance monitoring of external service providers
- Close collaboration with our maintenance technicians
Requirements
- Completed vocational training or university degree in facility management, building services engineering, electrical engineering, building technology, or a comparable qualification
- Professional experience in a comparable position
- Very good German language skills, written and spoken (C1)
- Solid knowledge of technical facility/building management
- Customer-oriented demeanor, strong organizational skills and assertiveness
- Confident user of MS Office and ideally experienced with CAFM systems
- Driving licence class B (car)
