About the role

  • Plan, control and organize operational processes
  • Manage quality management processes
  • Design interfaces (AM/AF/AS and operational units) and projects
  • Manage and monitor business processes and resources
  • Lead and develop staff
  • Plan and implement marketing activities
  • Plan, coordinate and document personnel deployment in the medical service in collaboration with the heads of the Salzgitter and Peine departments (including annual leave planning and duty rostering)
  • Procure medications for the emergency, medical and occupational health services, including documentation
  • Procure consumables for all areas in Salzgitter and Peine
  • Provide vacation cover for the departments in Salzgitter and Peine

Requirements

  • Completed training as a paramedic (Notfallsanitäter) or registered nurse (Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger) or an equivalent qualification with several years of practical field experience
  • Certified specialist in health and social care management (desirable)
  • Driving licence class C1 or the former class 3 driving licence
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including excellent communication and teamwork, and a friendly, confident manner
  • Independent and reliable working style with a strong sense of responsibility
  • IT skills in SAP applications and Office, including PowerPoint, Word and Excel
