About the role
- Strategic development and oversight of detailed seasonal financial plans that meet or exceed company financial objectives for sales, margin, inventory, and bottom line profitability
- Lead, manage, train, and develop a team of Financial Planners
- Collaborate cross functionally with Finance, Merchandising, Operations, and IT to achieve reporting, process, and execution of goals
Requirements
- College degree (BA or BS)
- 7+ years' experience in merchandising planning, inventory management or finance with past experience in managing a budget for sales, margin and inventory
- Retail or consumer goods industry experience preferred
