About the role

  • Organise and manage the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, events and calls.
  • Screen and respond to emails, and handle other communications.
  • Preparing agendas and presentations. Taking minutes, distributing notes and tracking action items.
  • Draft emails, presentations, and other corporate documents.
  • Serve as a liaison between the CEO and team members.
  • Assist with projects and ad-hoc tasks as needed.
  • Conduct research and report back to the CEO with findings.
  • Arrange all aspects of travel, such as flights, accommodation, and transportation.
  • Arrange and coordinate meetings, interviews, podcasts appearances etc with external people from the Salesforce community.
  • Running occasional personal errands to support with work-life balance.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in administrative roles, ideally 3+ years supporting senior executives.
  • Exceptional organisational skills
  • Time management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in the Google Suite.
  • Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools such as Asana and Slack.
  • Strong writing, editing and formatting skills for reports, documents and presentations.
  • Skilled in preparing itineraries, booking travel across time zones and coordinating meetings.
  • Professionalism: Maintain a high level of professionalism and strong interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to be flexible in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working in the music industry.
