About the role
- You guide participants from the initial input through to practical application in digital sales
- You lead practical exercises and coaching sessions based on real sales situations
- You motivate participants, answer individual questions, and support the transfer into professional practice
- You ensure a respectful, appreciative atmosphere and encourage interaction within the group
Requirements
- Experience in sales, ideally in direct sales with intensive customer contact
- Ability to lead practical exercises and coach participants
- Empathy and basic psychological understanding to address individual needs
- Enjoyment of digital collaboration; deep IT expertise is not required
- Structured, communicative, and motivating working style
