About the role
- Customer and market understanding: Develop and continually refine understanding of buyers’ challenges and needs, buying stages and product use.
- Competitive intelligence: Use understanding of competitors to develop effective, concise product positioning and messaging.
- Product differentiation: Combine insights into industry trends, and from competitive analysis and win/loss analysis to identify key differentiation messages for our solution offering and capabilities.
- Sales enablement: Increase win rates by developing effective enablement tools across all channels, product and vendor comparisons, playbook content, product catalogs, success stories, and solution sheets.
- Sales training: Increase win rates by providing training and scripting to connect buyer needs to relevant modules and capabilities.
- Demand gen support: Provide the marketing communications team with relevant inputs to support lead gen and conversion, including campaign content, buyer guides, product videos, webinars, proprietary and third-party event support, blog posts, newsletters, and social content.
- Product launches: Working in partnership with Product Management, managing new platform releases across all functions - including marketing, sales, and operations - ensuring a clear launch plan and success against plan.
Requirements
- Three years B2B product marketing experience, preferably with previous experience in GRC Software space.
- Ability to deliver creative, concise messages and stories that improve buyer interactions - visually, verbally, or in writing across all targeted channels.
- Experience collaborating with Sales, Marketing and Product Management teams to connect buyer needs and the appropriate solutions.
- Working knowledge or familiarity with Pragmatic Marketing or a similar Product Marketing framework would be nice to have.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Highly detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple tasks effectively.
- A collaborative team player with a proactive approach and strong sense of ownership.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
