• Coordinates and prepares payroll for up to 500 employees in compliance with multi-state and federal wage and hour requirements and Legends Global policy
• Processes multiple weekly/ biweekly payrolls for exempt/non-exempt employees
• Processes all wage garnishments for employees in ADP
• Processes vacation and sick payment requests
• Prepares payroll adjustments and manual checks when needed
• Processes Multiple Worksite Reporting
• Troubleshoots and resolves payroll discrepancies
