About the role
- Partner with clients and internal teams to deliver benefit plan implementations
- Provide clear training on new plans and changes to Global Benefits Team
- Research and evaluate benefit programs and policies in assigned country/region
- Advise on regulatory compliance and local legislation
- Offer guidance and coaching to Benefits and HR teams
- Develop and maintain benefit processes and documentation
- Create clear communications about benefits and exclusions
- Use analytical skills to support benefits projects and align with business goals
- Partner with internal teams and external providers to streamline benefit management
Requirements
- Proven experience in international benefits administration
- Strong knowledge of country-specific legislation, benefits design, and varying legal requirements
- Team management experience valued
- Deep understanding of benefits principles, practices, and procedures
- Proven success in client-facing environments
- Outstanding communication skills
- Multi-language abilities are a plus
- Track record of leading complex projects from planning to execution
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including data analysis, formulas, pivot tables, and reporting
- Strong analytical mindset and confident decision-making
- Comfortable with driving change initiatives
- Collaborative approach working with cross-functional teams
