About the role
- Act as the main point of contact between business stakeholders and development teams;
- Collaborate in defining and managing the product backlog, ensuring prioritization based on business value and usability;
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and continuously improve products;
- Assist in aligning internal and external stakeholders, ensuring efficient communication of strategies and priorities;
- Support product roadmap management and contribute to effective execution of deliveries;
- Participate in user discovery activities through team alignments to incorporate potential improvements into the development pipeline;
- Analyze product performance metrics, identify opportunities for improvement and innovation, always focused on delivering customer value.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Experience as a Senior Product Owner.
- Proven ability in backlog prioritization and alignment with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams, facilitating communication between product, development, design and other areas of the company.
- Hands-on experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe and/or others).
- Experience building and analyzing product metrics.
- Experience using tools such as ClickUp, Jira, Azure and/or similar platforms.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with cross-functional teams.
- Nice to have:
- Experience in iGaming companies.
- Experience conducting A/B tests and qualitative and quantitative research.
- Knowledge of OKRs and discovery frameworks such as Design Thinking.
- Experience with gamification, retention and acquisition features.
- Familiarity with data analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel or Amplitude.
- Product certifications such as CSPO, PM3, Tera, or equivalents.
- Technical English for reading and communicating with international teams.
