About the role

  • Lead and implement scalable SharePoint solutions using Out-of-the-Box features, SPFx, and optionally Power Platform components.
  • Provide technical direction and mentorship to developers in SharePoint and Power Platform technologies.
  • Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards, governance, and best practices.
  • Manage and guide a team of 3–5 developers, ensuring on-time delivery and quality outputs.
  • Conduct code reviews, sprint planning, and technical workshops.
  • Serve as the primary technical contact for clients and stakeholders.
  • Translate business requirements into practical, innovative technical solutions.
  • Present architectural designs, progress updates, and roadmaps to both technical and business audiences.
  • Champion continuous improvement of SharePoint environments.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 years’ experience as a SharePoint Architect or Senior SharePoint Developer in enterprise environments.
  • Strong expertise in SharePoint Online / Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Framework (SPFx).
  • Intermediate expertise in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
  • Proven experience leading development teams and managing end-to-end technical delivery.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and capacity to work independently in a fast-paced setting.
  • Experience with JIRA an advantage.
