About the role
- Recruit for technical roles such as JavaScript (React, Node.js), Python, and React Native Developers.
- Partner with teams developing AI-driven projects that shape the next generation of FinTech and digital solutions.
- Manage up to two active positions simultaneously with support from senior colleagues.
- Conduct interviews using the STAR model and structured evaluation frameworks.
- Gain a deep understanding of the European tech market and learn to adapt sourcing strategies accordingly.
- Participate in technical interview debriefs to learn how top engineers evaluate talent.
Requirements
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future openings.
- Source potential candidates through various channels — job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases.
- Learn and apply sourcing techniques (Boolean search, X-ray search, etc.).
- Post job openings on the company website, job boards, and social media platforms.
- Communicate with potential candidates, introducing them to our company, culture, and open roles.
- Keep candidate information organized and up to date in our CRM system.
- Assist the recruitment team in coordinating interviews and managing the hiring process.
- Collaborate closely with senior team members, receiving continuous guidance and mentorship.
