- Contribute to and lead execution of human resources strategies and tactics to support the needs of the business
- Serve as an expert consultant to business leaders on all talent matters, including organizational effectiveness, leader effectiveness, organizational design, learning needs/opportunities and conflict resolution
- Establish and maintain an intimate understanding of the organization and the business, to collaborate on business strategies
- Proactively assess business and organizational performance to recommend and drive action
- Coach business leaders on HR best practices
- Plan and lead organization design projects
- Assess organizational performance systematically, defining talent gaps and proposing HR solutions
- Develop and execute a lifecycle approach to talent management
- Collaborate with recruitment
- Develop thoughtful, integrated approaches to promote diversity and inclusion
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Eight (8) years or more progressive responsible experience as an HR Business Partner in a dynamic environment with specific experience in strategy development, organizational design, talent management and change management required
- Eight (8) years or more Experience working with senior leaders (Director & above) in an “influence without authority” role required
- Must be fluent in English.
