About the role
- Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company objectives.
- Gather, analyze, and prioritize customer requirements and feedback to guide product development.
- Create, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring clarity of tasks for the development team.
- Collaborate with stakeholders (customers, business leaders, and technical teams) to clarify requirements and manage expectations.
- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Evaluate product progress using data analysis and user feedback, proposing continuous improvements.
- Make decisions about trade-offs between scope, quality, and deadlines to maximize product value.
- Ensure a user-centered approach, delivering exceptional experiences.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role within an Agile or Scrum environment.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to support decisions.
- Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, actionable user stories.
- Sufficient technical knowledge to collaborate effectively with development teams.
- Bachelor's degree preferred in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
- Experience with product management tools such as Aha!, Jira, Confluence, Trello, or similar.
