About the role

  • We’re shaping the future of mental health care with AI-enabled experiences that enhance, not replace, the human connection at the core of therapy.
  • Our north star is clinically-grounded and responsible AI designed to bring greater transparency, personalization, and continuous support across the therapy journey.
  • We’re hiring a Staff Product Manager to launch AI-powered features that transform the patient experience.
  • This role will explore how AI can support patients before, during, and after care – always in partnership with their human therapist.
  • Day-to-day, you’ll partner with clinicians, designers, data scientists, and engineers to prototype and test AI solutions with patients, always ensuring clinical standards are met.
  • Your work will explore how cutting-edge technology enhances human care, with the goal of making it easier for patients to engage meaningfully with their therapy journey.

  • Successfully led the development and launch of 0 → 1 products and had those products achieve significant adoption and engagement
  • Excellent communication skills, especially in translating clinical and technical concepts into actionable product frameworks
  • Experience managing highly cross-functional teams that include subject-matter experts and clinical leadership
  • Ability to summarize tradeoffs and make clear decisions in ambiguous situations

  • Comprehensive health benefits: Medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and FSA/HSA
  • 401(k) plan access: Start saving for your future
  • Generous time-off policies: Including 2 company-wide shutdown weeks each year for self-care (for most employees)
  • Paid parental leave: Available for all parents, including birthing, non-birthing, adopting, and fostering
  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP): Support for your mental and physical health
  • New hire home office stipend: Set up your workspace for success
  • Quarterly department stipend: Fund team-building activities or in-person gatherings
