About the role

  • Lead development and execution of the Change Management strategy
  • Collaborate with Tax functional teams and stakeholders
  • Develop holistic change management strategy to transition stakeholders
  • Provide status updates and escalate critical issues
  • Manage Change Management staff and deliver resources/tools
  • Oversee change deliverables and project artifacts
  • Transition work from project/product teams to operations/business teams
  • Serve as a Performance Advisor with feedback and coaching

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years’ experience in large-scale implementation facing role
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience managing managers and individual contributors
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience on initiatives requiring formal Change Management plans
  • Ability to deal with executive level confidently and professionally
  • Results driven with high integrity
  • Effective cross-channel communication skills
  • Public accounting experience with mid to large size firms or other professional services
  • Management experience within national tax role in tax software or processes
  • Awareness of regulatory requirements (7216 Consent, GLBA, GDPR) preferred
