About the role
- Actively contributes to developing and facilitating the execution of go-to-market campaigns and content strategies to achieve stated objectives.
- Provides strategic guidance to industry teams on digital marketing, advising on best practices and prioritization to optimize go-to-market efforts.
- Balances strategic thinking with hands-on execution; oversees scope and timelines across multiple industry verticals.
- Work with Subject Matter Experts to help write compelling digital content (website, social media, blog, email) and print media (e.g., event collateral), ensuring consistency in messaging and brand voice across channels.
- Stay knowledgeable on assigned industries, target audiences, key business objectives, and competitive landscape.
- Assist leadership teams by preparing and maintaining project plans, status reports, and communication for key projects.
- Assist with internal projects to grow and mature the team’s capabilities and impact within the firm.
Requirements
- Previous experience in Marketing, Advertising, or Customer Experience role (3-5 years) – Required
- Ability to communicate and collaborate with multiple stakeholders, across departments, at different levels within the firm – Required
- Ability to communicate and collaborate with external stakeholders – Required
- Demonstrated ability to respond positively to changing circumstances, seek to implement change to drive improvement, and serve as a model of change – Required
- Demonstrates understanding of Go-To-Market and Marketing concepts - Required
- Strong Microsoft Office skills – Required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively. – Required
- Comfortable with working on a growing team with evolving processes and ways of working - Required
- Experience with B2B Marketing – Preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, English, Marketing, or related fields of study – Preferred
