About the role

  • Payroll closing and processing;
  • Management and submission of information to eSocial;
  • Occupational health management;
  • Management of payroll-deductible (e-consigned) loans;
  • Responding to employees' questions regarding processes and benefits;
  • Administration of benefits (health and dental insurance, gym membership, life insurance, transportation (VT) and meal (VR) vouchers);
  • Preparation and maintenance of documents and Excel spreadsheets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or Accounting;
  • Intermediate knowledge of Excel;
  • Familiarity with the RM Labore (TOTVS) system is desirable.
