About the role
- Site administration role with primary involvement in accounts payable for suppliers and subcontractors.
- Coordinating and managing project communications.
- Liaison with stakeholders and community groups.
- Assisting with document control.
- Assisting with quality and safety audits.
- Reviewing and updating the training and development matrix and arranging training when required.
- Ordering material to ensure the site team had what they needed to proceed with the works.
- Resolution of supplier and sub-contractor queries.
- Carrying out other duties as required by the management team.
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- At least 2 years experience in a fast paced similar role.
- Ability to work in a large scale, multi-site organisation.
- Ability to use time productively, maximise efficiency.
- Strong time management skills.
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
