Engineer

• Champion safety by applying risk management processes and ensuring a safe working environment for all
• Provide technical engineering support to maintenance teams to optimise asset performance
• Develop and maintain asset lifecycle plans, including critical spare parts management and maintenance strategies
• Lead defect elimination initiatives and continuous improvement projects to enhance reliability and efficiency
• Manage and maintain accurate asset data in SAP, including BOMs, maintenance plans, and master data auditing
• Support asset readiness for new equipment and contribute to performance specifications for upgrades or rebuilds
• Drive change management processes to deliver sustainable asset improvements across NPI operations
