About the role

  • Conduct B2B prospecting across your assigned territory (cold calling, outreach, LinkedIn, email)
  • Present and pitch skincare brands to beauty retailers, pharmacies, clinics, boutique owners, and distributors
  • Negotiate pricing and wholesale orders with buyers
  • Follow up actively and professionally to close deals
  • Maintain a clean and accurate CRM record of all activity
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with retail decision-makers
  • Provide weekly updates on pipeline, conversations, and deal progress
  • Suggest market insights, trends, and opportunities to shape strategy
  • Represent the brand professionally and confidently in all communications

Requirements

  • Experienced in B2B sales (beauty, cosmetics, FMCG, luxury retail, pharmaceuticals, or related industries)
  • Confident speaking with retail buyers and distributors
  • Skilled in cold calling, objection handling, and relationship-building
  • Fluent in English (additional languages such as Italian, French, Spanish, Arabic, Portuguese, German, Korean, etc. are a major advantage)
  • Comfortable working commission-only until targets are achieved
  • Self-motivated, resilient, resourceful, and target-driven
  • Able to work independently in a remote setting
  • Experience in beauty/skincare is preferred but NOT required
