About the role
- Conduct B2B prospecting across your assigned territory (cold calling, outreach, LinkedIn, email)
- Present and pitch skincare brands to beauty retailers, pharmacies, clinics, boutique owners, and distributors
- Negotiate pricing and wholesale orders with buyers
- Follow up actively and professionally to close deals
- Maintain a clean and accurate CRM record of all activity
- Build and nurture strong relationships with retail decision-makers
- Provide weekly updates on pipeline, conversations, and deal progress
- Suggest market insights, trends, and opportunities to shape strategy
- Represent the brand professionally and confidently in all communications
Requirements
- Experienced in B2B sales (beauty, cosmetics, FMCG, luxury retail, pharmaceuticals, or related industries)
- Confident speaking with retail buyers and distributors
- Skilled in cold calling, objection handling, and relationship-building
- Fluent in English (additional languages such as Italian, French, Spanish, Arabic, Portuguese, German, Korean, etc. are a major advantage)
- Comfortable working commission-only until targets are achieved
- Self-motivated, resilient, resourceful, and target-driven
- Able to work independently in a remote setting
- Experience in beauty/skincare is preferred but NOT required
