About the role
- Identifying decision-makers (CEOs, C-suite, HR leads, founders)
- Conducting outbound outreach (LinkedIn, email, warm calling)
- Presenting our services using high-level scripts and frameworks
- Handling qualification conversations with professionalism
- Booking meetings for senior leadership
- Closing consultancy, HR audit, recruitment, and training deals
- Working with our CRM specialist to manage leads and follow-up flows
Requirements
- Strong closing skills and confidence speaking with senior executives
- Clear, polished communication
- Background in:
- ️ B2B sales
- ️ Recruitment
- ️ Consultancy
- ️ HR or talent services (preferred but not required)
- Ability to pitch premium services
- Professionalism, resilience, and independence
- Existing network (a bonus, not a requirement)
