About the role

  • You develop innovative ideas and initiatives for our e-commerce platform together with interdisciplinary teams.
  • You are responsible for the continuous enhancement and error-free operation of our webshop.
  • You maintain and prioritize the Product Backlog (Discovery → Delivery).
  • You analyze, specify, and prioritize requirements in close coordination with business units and stakeholders.
  • You plan go-lives, manage rollouts, and execute tests for new features and content modules.
  • Sprint plannings and reviews within the team are part of your responsibilities.
  • In addition, you coordinate external service providers and act as the central contact for the areas you own.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in software product management, ideally in e-commerce
  • Solid knowledge of agile project management (e.g., Scrum or Kanban)
  • A completed IT-related degree or a comparable qualification
  • Systemic/networks thinking, self‑initiative, a pronounced hands-on mentality, and strong prioritization skills
  • Confident communication in complex situations
  • A good understanding of end-to-end processes
  • Confident use of tools such as Jira and Miro
  • Fluent German and English skills at C2 level
