About the role
- Guide and support clients
- Lead end-to-end implementation projects, from initial configuration to go-live
- Train end users and key users at client sites
- Monitor platform adoption and identify optimization opportunities
- Manage complex support tickets and ensure customer satisfaction
- Participate in advanced pre-sales activities (technical demos, pilot projects)
- Understand clients' business challenges and translate their requirements into solutions
- Advise on best practices and optimal use of the platform
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Contribute to continuous product improvement by reporting client feedback
Requirements
- 3 to 7 years of experience in at least one of the following environments: enterprise management software (ERP/B2B SaaS), implementation, consulting or support for ERPs (SAP, Abacus, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, etc.), Customer Success, Account Management, or consulting on complex B2B SaaS solutions
- Functional understanding: ability to analyze and optimize business processes
- Project management: leading end-to-end implementations
- Proficiency in French and English (German is a plus)
- Comfortable with SaaS tools and technology in general
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
