About the role
- Work with Embedded team at customer site to provide support on Rockwell technology.
- Support our customer and field personnel with troubleshooting and resolving customer issues in person.
- Complete automation projects involving PLC's, HMI's and other Rockwell technology to meet customer requirements.
- Experience the responsibilities of an Embedded Field Support Engineer in Motions & Controls to learn how they approach troubleshooting in their respective area of work.
- Manage customer interactions by setting expectations, capturing the issue, resolution and steps taken to troubleshoot, and following up with customers in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Active enrollment in a four year or advanced engineering degree program at an accredited university
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future
