About the role
- Create new quotes and renewal quotes
- Prepare technical support contracts “TechConnect” observing customers' needs
- Handle customer inquiries
- Enter and verify customer orders and contracts
- Manage service tickets
- Maintain customers' software database
- Assure the accuracy of data
- Communicate with partners
- Report continuous improvement opportunities
- Participate in projects
Requirements
- Minimum 4-6 Years of experience.
- Fluent in English - verbal and written
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Customer-focused providing the best customer service
- Advanced problem-solving abilities with a focused mindset
- Proficient in Time management
- Experience handling support requests from a variety of different channels in Fast-paced and demanding work settings
- Solution-oriented and problem solving approach
- Team player demonstrate ethical and positive behaviour
- Work with different types of customer profiles, adapt to different level of audience when communicating whilst working with multiple departments in a multicultural organisation
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
