About the role
- Grow and sustain our MOM business in China, especially in the Life Science Industry.
- Understand customer's pain points and benefits they may have from our advices and solutions.
- Provide competitive market intelligence to the department.
- Lead presales activities (customer workshops/ proposal / bidding /order entry etc.)
- Implement the global/country growth programs in the region to create new sales opportunities
- Good collaboration with account managers, industry sales, software sales, and delivery team.
- Review the forecast and front-log, and define the growth/recovery activities to meet sales targets
- Empower sales team with right MOM knowledges, sales tools and sales competencies.
- Research and provide the necessary product/solution requirements to develop new applications.
- Oversee Project implementation quality.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in MIS/Computer/Engineering related is requested.
- MES technical background and project experiences are must.
- At least 5 year's technical/consulting experience.
- High level of expertise in MES solution & consulting
- High level of expertise in Life Science industry
- Engagement Skills
- Proved technical and management leadership
- Have MES sales/presales experience
