About the role
- Lead the growth of the Food & Beverage industry for Southeast Asia countries by achieving the order and sales goal, with the help of account manager, pre sales consultant team and other team function within Rockwell.
- Develop our strategy to increase Rockwell market share in Food & Beverage industry in Southeast Asia, and lead the execution.
- Develop expertise in Food & Beverage industry by talk/forums/tradeshow/ especially on digital technologies/ transformation, smart manufacturing, IoT, Autonomous Operation.
- Support C-level engagement for target accounts.
- You will leading helping customers connect their Manufacturing to their Enterprise environments to improve their visibility and efficiency.
- Support Food & Beverage customers within South East Asia region in their technology self discovery, Proof of concept, digital transformation, smart manufacturing or autonomous operation journey.
- You will demonstrate understanding of Smart Manufacturing, digital technologies and other new technology trends and their impact on our decisions in Food and Beverage industry and experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects this knowledge to extended sales teams.
- You will assist customers to better understand their existing Manufacturing environments, provide professional Consulting advise on how other major industry players manage and conduct their Manufacturing and propose a Digital Roadmap and execution plan to achieve the Digital Transformation goals.
- Provide industry insights, value proposition for competency development.
- Support main opportunities pursue in Food & Beverage industry.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree OR 5+ years equivalent experience in lieu of a degree
- Ability to travel at least 30% (Domestic & International)
- 5+ years working in Food & Beverage industry, with digital transformation/ sustainability/ factory automation/ process optimization or IoT related experiences.
- Depth of knowledge of the assigned industries, regulatory practice experience, and has experience selling to this vertical.
- International experience is necessary.
- Forge relationships, build and inspire trust with all levels.
- Can handle matrix leadership and have credibility and confidence within the sales organization with peer leadership.
- Customer/Partner Focus: Comprehending the requirements of customers or partners to bring strategic value to them.
