Solutions Engineer

• Provide end-to-end configuration support, CMDB governance, and environment support across Nuvolo’s Connected Workplace Platform and the broader ServiceNow ecosystem.
• Develop and update Configuration Management plans and Change Management processes.
• Work closely with program requirements analysts, external system partners, Nuvolo/ServiceNow platform teams, and Technical Support to ensure that configuration artifacts, integrations, workflows, and releases are properly documented.
• Use the CMDB, Change Request processes, and integration pipeline for development, deployment, and production environments.
• Create/manage GitHub repositories, maintain configuration libraries, and submit/approve Change Requests through ServiceNow.
