Manager

• Act as a Portfolio Manager for assigned RSS units or enablers, representing them in the RSS Portfolio Management team and supporting strategy execution.
• Ensure project portfolios have business/value cases with calculated costs and benefits for value-based decision-making in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
• Foster alignment and 'connect the dots' within the RSS portfolio and between Project Portfolio Managers to link initiatives to the RSS strategy and unit strategies.
• Oversee resource allocation to initiatives and projects, addressing constraints by collaborating with RSS unit management and escalating issues to the Portfolio Management level.
• Manage demand intake, prioritize processes, and optimize resource allocation by using a fact-based approach to assess, prioritize, and fund new initiatives.
• Act as the point of contact for interdependencies, risk management, capacity planning, and resource allocation, while enabling cross-regional collaboration and knowledge sharing.
• Develop and implement portfolio management frameworks, tools (e.g., Monday.com), and governance processes to ensure transparency, data accuracy, and actionable insights across the RSS portfolio.
• Provide training and ongoing support as needed.
