- Deliver knowledge on safety profiles of medicines
- Act as Business Process Owner for PV processes
- Lead and drive PV excellence across Roche Affiliates
- Collaborate with CCLs, Affiliates, and global functions
- Optimize and ensure adherence to PV standards
- Drive continuous evaluation of global PV processes
Requirements
- PhD or MSc in healthcare, life sciences, or a relevant discipline
- Minimum 10+ years in PV, clinical research, development, or drug safety science
- Minimum 5 years in Affiliate PV roles
- Strong project and process management skills
- 5+ years in process design and oversight
- Strong interpersonal, influencing, and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
