About the role
- Provide high-quality after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction
- Perform efficient instrument troubleshooting and preventive maintenance
- Promote and comply with safety, health, and environmental policies
- Organize and manage spare parts inventory
- Accurately complete service documentation and travel tasks
Requirements
- Hold a tertiary qualification in Engineering (Electrical, Electronic, or Mechanical) or Science
- EAS registration (or ability to obtain one) is desirable
- Skilled in using diagnostic tools like multi-meters
- Understanding of diagnostic/research labs is advantageous
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Foster collaborative, customer-focused relationships
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to perform physical tasks such as bending, kneeling and working in confined spaces
- Effective time management and prioritization skills
