About the role
- Independent handling of outstanding receivables
- Carrying out dunning procedures and communicating with customers
- Preparing and reviewing payment agreements
- Cooperation with collection agencies and legal counsel
- Maintaining and documenting cases in the ERP system
- General commercial/administrative tasks
Requirements
- Completed commercial or legal vocational training
- Professional experience in receivables management or debt collection is an advantage
- Confident user of MS Office; good ERP system knowledge (Microsoft D365) is a plus
- Strong communication skills, negotiation ability and assertiveness
- Structured and independent working style
- Initiative, confident appearance and a pronounced hands-on mentality
