• Own and manage the production and pipeline for the AI Combat Teams, Localization Process, and Analytic Reporting Team across all phases of development
• Plan, schedule, and maintain day-to-day tasking for assigned teams, ensuring alignment across disciplines
• Facilitate communication between departments and provide consistent, transparent project updates
• Forecast and manage resources, scope, and design goals to keep projects on track and within vision
• Proactively identify productivity issues and dependency problems when encountered, and propose and implement solutions for resolution
• Understand and communicate issues facing various types of gameplay, artistic and technical considerations in order to identify and drive solutions within the team
• Comprehend any changes in scope, priority or direction, and holistically understand and articulate the knock-on effects throughout development
