About the role

  • Prospect new clients in the segment and develop relationships with current accounts, especially those of high complexity or high added value;
  • Prepare and submit to your manager the work plan and sales planning in terms of product quantities;
  • Execute sales and monitor results in volume, gross margin and market share achieved, both across your total accounts and per client;
  • Manage, together with clients and internal departments, requests for advertising funds, their allocation and the outcomes for the company and clients;
  • Propose promotional and sales campaigns for products;
  • Suggest merchandising materials for points of sale;
  • Prepare reports on the market and competitors' activities;
  • Support the introduction of new products at points of sale;
  • Act as the company's interface with responsible internal staff and their respective clients;
  • Conduct post‑sales activities for products, such as responding to new demands, mediating client requests with the technical area and providing feedback actions;
  • Participate in defining and establishing strategic plans, policies and programs related to the commercial accounts under your responsibility, including programs and strategies for retention and acquisition of new accounts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in fields such as Business Administration, Marketing, Commercial Management, Communication or related areas;
  • Reside in Greater São Paulo, preferably in the capital;
  • Minimum of 5 years' sales experience in the aftermarket (replacement parts) market in São Paulo;
  • Experience in customer service;
  • Valid Category B driver's license (CNH);
  • Availability to travel and attend events on weekends.
