About the role

  • Provide exceptional remote-based support for mission-critical SAP HR, Payroll, and SuccessFactors EC/ECP applications
  • Research and troubleshoot issues and providing advice and solutions without the use of SAP notes and patches
  • Develop, test, package, and deliver fixes for issues in complex, integrated and highly configured environments
  • Manage one or more key assigned accounts as a technical/functional advisor
  • Collaborate with team members in a virtual team environment
  • Contribute to knowledge-sharing methodologies, diagnostic tools, and creative processes to improve client experience

Requirements

  • At least 10 years of relevant SAP HR/Payroll experience for US and Canada
  • SuccessFactors Employee Central/Employee Central experience is highly preferred
  • Solve customer issues using methodical troubleshooting based on expert knowledge of SAP HR/Payroll functionality and technology in complex ERP environments
  • Provide remote-based functional support & training for all aspects of the functional and technical features of SAP HR/Payroll
  • Extensive and in-depth knowledge of all aspects of SAP Payroll and Time Management configuration
  • Deep knowledge of US and Canadian payroll statutory regulations and org management
  • A track record of successful roles in several SAP implementation or upgrade projects
  • SAP certification(s) preferred
  • Expertise with SAP 4.x and ECC, including full life-cycle implementation experience
