About the role

  • Develop a strategic account plan to address client’s challenges and business objectives.
  • Define long-term goals for assigned accounts and build key customer relationships.
  • Identify business opportunities and lead strategic discussions.
  • Coordinate customer participation in industry-specific seminars and roundtables.
  • Engage subject matter experts and vendor partners to architect solutions.
  • Ensure profitable revenue growth, service expansion, and overall account retention.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Industry-specific certifications preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in Life Sciences and Pharmaceuticals.
  • 5+ years of successful sales experience.
  • Experience working with executive leaders in Fortune 1000 companies.
  • Proven track record in growing services.
