About the role
- Develop a strategic account plan to address client’s challenges and business objectives.
- Define long-term goals for assigned accounts and build key customer relationships.
- Identify business opportunities and lead strategic discussions.
- Coordinate customer participation in industry-specific seminars and roundtables.
- Engage subject matter experts and vendor partners to architect solutions.
- Ensure profitable revenue growth, service expansion, and overall account retention.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Industry-specific certifications preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in Life Sciences and Pharmaceuticals.
- 5+ years of successful sales experience.
- Experience working with executive leaders in Fortune 1000 companies.
- Proven track record in growing services.
