About the role

  • Plan and coordinate procurement, inventory and logistics activities.
  • Analyze performance indicators (KPIs) and propose improvements to increase operational efficiency.
  • Manage relationships with suppliers, ensuring compliance with lead times, quality standards and cost targets.
  • Develop strategies to optimize inventory and reduce waste.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (purchasing, logistics, production, finance) to align demand and processes.
  • Support continuous improvement and digital transformation projects across the supply chain.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable external regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Production Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain or related fields.
  • Proven experience in supply chain, logistics, demand planning or inventory operations.
  • Knowledge of supplier management, inventory planning and logistics tools.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, TOTVS, Oracle or similar).
  • Analytical skills and results-oriented mindset.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
  • Preferred/Plus:
  • Experience with continuous improvement projects or Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Knowledge of global supply chain practices.
  • Experience using performance indicators and data analysis to support decision-making.
