About the role
- Identify and proactively pursue new sales opportunities through calls, networking, and social media;
- Work with existing customers to perform cross-selling and upselling;
- Prepare and deliver product presentations, highlighting features and benefits;
- Negotiate sales terms and conditions, close deals, and handle customer objections or complaints;
- CRM maintenance — updating activity statuses (demos/visits completed, proposal progress, negotiations, new opportunities, etc.)
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree (in progress) or completed in Business Administration, Commercial Management, Marketing Management, Economics, or related fields;
- Experience with consultative B2B sales and ERP software sales;
- Experience with upselling and cross-selling;
- Experience in civil engineering and/or mining companies;
- Availability for occasional travel.
