About the role
- Identify and proactively pursue new sales opportunities through phone calls, professional networks, and social media;
- Work with existing customers in the database, performing cross-selling and upselling;
- Prepare and deliver product presentations, highlighting features and benefits;
- Negotiate sales terms and conditions, close deals, and handle customer objections or complaints;
- CRM maintenance — updating activity statuses (demos/visits completed, proposal progress, negotiations, new opportunities, etc.).
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, Marketing Management, Economics, or related fields (completed or in progress);
- Experience in consultative B2B sales and ERP software sales;
- Experience with upselling and cross-selling;
- Availability for occasional travel;
- Experience working with civil engineering and/or mining companies.
