About the role

  • Identify and proactively pursue new sales opportunities through phone calls, professional networks, and social media;
  • Work with existing customers in the database, performing cross-selling and upselling;
  • Prepare and deliver product presentations, highlighting features and benefits;
  • Negotiate sales terms and conditions, close deals, and handle customer objections or complaints;
  • CRM maintenance — updating activity statuses (demos/visits completed, proposal progress, negotiations, new opportunities, etc.).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, Marketing Management, Economics, or related fields (completed or in progress);
  • Experience in consultative B2B sales and ERP software sales;
  • Experience with upselling and cross-selling;
  • Availability for occasional travel;
  • Experience working with civil engineering and/or mining companies.
