About the role

  • Lead or co-lead discovery sessions with technical and business stakeholders.
  • Uncover deep technical requirements, integration points, and root causes behind challenges.
  • Map customer requirements to Revenue.io capabilities with precision, avoiding generic recommendations.
  • Document insights clearly in CRM and collaborate with AEs to shape strategic deal plans.
  • Deliver compelling, persona-based demos that feel tailor-made for each audience.
  • Leverage our Pain, Magic, Results (PMR) storytelling framework to connect emotionally and aligned to business impact.
  • Anticipate and handle objections confidently, using real customer scenarios to build trust.
  • Demonstrate deep platform fluency across admin, user, and analytics workflows.
  • Co-create measurable pilot success criteria with AEs and customers before kickoff.
  • Manage pilots as structured projects with clear timelines, check-ins, and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Implementation, CS, Product) to ensure alignment and seamless handoffs.
  • Present synthesized pilot results to customer executives, connecting proof points to business value.
  • Collaborate with Product and Marketing to refine positioning and capture customer stories.
  • Contribute to demo org innovation, discovery frameworks, and internal enablement content.
  • Support onboarding and mentoring of new Solution Consultants and AEs.
  • Represent the voice of the customer in roadmap and enablement discussions.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in Solution Consulting, Sales Engineering, or Pre-Sales roles within SaaS or enterprise technology.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce ecosystem and SaaS integration workflows.
  • Exceptional communication skills (verbal, written, and visual).
  • Experience with discovery-led selling and value-based demo storytelling.
  • Technical proficiency in APIs, data flows, and cloud applications is highly desirable.
  • Prior experience with Revenue.io or similar platforms in sales engagement, conversation intelligence, and or within the Salesforce ecosystem, is a significant plus.
