About the role
- End-to-end product strategy for our DSPs, UGCs and PROs supply chain, including ingestion, validation, delivery, and data processing.
- Relationships, workflows, and specifications with music industry organizations.
- Catalog ingestion and migration tools used by clients and internal teams.
- Internal tools supporting operations, metadata management, exceptions handling, and performance monitoring.
- System performance KPIs (accuracy, completeness, latency) and long-term vision for scalability and automation.
- Identification of new business opportunities, product gaps, and strategic enhancements.
- Define problems, write clear and actionable requirements, and break down complex workflows.
- Prioritize the backlog and work closely with engineering to plan and deliver releases.
- Ensure smooth ingest/delivery flows; troubleshoot and optimize partner integrations.
- Improve catalog tools and workflows to reduce friction and increase automation.
- Analyze performance data to drive product improvements and support business decisions.
Requirements
- 2–5+ years of product experience in music tech, digital distribution, content operations, or rights management.
- Strong understanding of DSP delivery workflows, metadata, ingestion pipelines, and music industry data standards.
- Ability to collaborate with engineering teams on APIs, integrations, and data flows.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with a bias toward clarity and execution.
- Experience with DDEX formats, CWR, royalty/usage data, or financial reporting.
- Background working with PROs, distributors, or large ingestion pipelines.
- Familiarity with internal operations tools and workflow automation.
