About the role
- Oversee the daily operations of the Rethink family of websites, managing and coordinating updates
- Collaborate with PMM, design, SEO, demand generation, and development
- Translate page designs into build requirements for developers
- Develop and implement testing and personalization strategies to improve user engagement
- Work with design and development to build a system of reusable components
- Stage new pages and updates in the CMS
- Conduct regular website audits to ensure compliance
- Coordinate with external vendors for website stability and security
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date website content aligned with the brand identity
- Maintain the content management system
- Develop a QA process for published content
- Monitor website traffic and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Stay informed about AEO/GEO/SEO developments
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of work experience in website management, or a similar role at a SaaS company
- Excellent collaboration skills, and keen attention to detail
- Project management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of development, design, security, privacy, and maintenance best practices
- Experienced in managing multiple web properties
- Ability to analyze website metrics and make data-informed decisions
- Familiarity with website performance optimization techniques
- At ease integrating solutions such as 6sense, Qualified, OneTrust, HubSpot, and more
- Testing and personalization experience (VWO, Optimizely, or Mutiny a plus)
- Proficient in WordPress, familiar with VIP and Elementor; confident building pages using the blocks editor
- Good understanding of AEO/GEO/SEO best practices
