Accountant

• Prepare weekly & monthly bank reconciliations
• Investigate, follow up and resolve discrepancies in banking transactions
• Process client payments in the system
• Reconcile credit card statements, track and follow up on invoices/receipts for each charge
• Assist with the review and posting of expense reports
• Assist the Accounts Payable team with processing the vendor invoices
• Preparing and performing cheque runs and processing electronic transfers
• Assist with the month-end duties and reconciliations
• Other related duties as required or assigned
