About the role

  • Systematic management of your sales territory in East Germany covering the Berlin/Brandenburg and Mecklenburg-Vorpommern regions (postal codes 10–19)
  • Development of customer-specific solutions and project implementation in passive telecommunications technology within the infrastructure market
  • Managing relationships with engineering firms, investors, network operators, energy suppliers, construction companies and specialized distributors
  • Budget planning for your regional sales territory
  • Consistent market research and identification of market potential
  • Expansion of the sales territory through acquisition of new customers
  • Collaboration with internal colleagues in commercial and technical departments and direct reporting line to the Head of Sales Germany
  • Strengthening and positioning of the expanding sales brand

Requirements

  • Technical or commercial (trade) training/education or equivalent qualification
  • Professional experience in the construction sector – ideally in the energy sector or in telecommunications networks / fiber-optic or broadband rollouts
  • Experience in electronics/IT or with microducts/cable protection is desirable, as is sales experience
  • Willingness to travel within the regional sales area
  • Strong sales orientation with a pronounced advisory and customer-focused approach
  • Determination, initiative, loyalty and strong communication skills
  • Confident appearance; team player
  • Proficient in CRM and ERP tools
  • German language skills at native-speaker level
