About the role
- Systematic management of your sales territory in East Germany covering the Berlin/Brandenburg and Mecklenburg-Vorpommern regions (postal codes 10–19)
- Development of customer-specific solutions and project implementation in passive telecommunications technology within the infrastructure market
- Managing relationships with engineering firms, investors, network operators, energy suppliers, construction companies and specialized distributors
- Budget planning for your regional sales territory
- Consistent market research and identification of market potential
- Expansion of the sales territory through acquisition of new customers
- Collaboration with internal colleagues in commercial and technical departments and direct reporting line to the Head of Sales Germany
- Strengthening and positioning of the expanding sales brand
Requirements
- Technical or commercial (trade) training/education or equivalent qualification
- Professional experience in the construction sector – ideally in the energy sector or in telecommunications networks / fiber-optic or broadband rollouts
- Experience in electronics/IT or with microducts/cable protection is desirable, as is sales experience
- Willingness to travel within the regional sales area
- Strong sales orientation with a pronounced advisory and customer-focused approach
- Determination, initiative, loyalty and strong communication skills
- Confident appearance; team player
- Proficient in CRM and ERP tools
- German language skills at native-speaker level
