About the role
- Responsible for developing sales revenue for Acuvue products across a portfolio of existing clients within their territory.
- Prospects new customers.
- Ensures revenue growth and market share increase according to defined objectives.
- Manages relationships with eye care professionals in their territory (ophthalmologists, orthoptists, optometrists, clinic directors, opticians, etc.).
- In collaboration with their technical advisor, strengthens clients' technical knowledge of our products.
- Ensures availability and proper management of DX samples with healthcare professionals (stock locations, inventories, semi-annual review, etc.).
- Ensures management of their territory budget, proper collection of evidence, and profitability of activities undertaken with opticians in the territory.
- Plans and carries out administrative and operational activities (reports/forecasts, administration).
- Negotiates with key stakeholders and decision-makers in the territory.
- In collaboration with their technical advisor, manages key opinion leaders in the territory.
- Works in synergy with other members of the Vision Care France team.
- Monitors competitive activity in their territory.
Requirements
- Degree in Optics & Sales or Business School.
- Experience in the optics sector and/or the medical device industry.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Proficiency with IT tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good general knowledge of the medical sector.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English.
