About the role

  • Act as a Junior ERP Support Consultant
  • Ensure the continuity, evolution and excellence of enterprise management system operations
  • Professional experience in ERP system support
  • Identification and resolution of incidents
  • Evolutionary improvements and integration between systems

Requirements

  • Preferred: experience in support and evolution of ERP systems (TOTVS, SAP, Oracle, etc.)
  • Salesforce: integrations, module support and functional support
  • APEX: development and maintenance of applications (Oracle APEX)
  • APIs: consumption and publication of REST/SOAP APIs for system integration
  • Databases: Oracle, SQL Server – data modeling, queries, stored procedures
  • Methodologies: ITIL (incident and change management), Agile/Scrum
  • Tools: ServiceNow, Jira, Postman, Git
  • Intermediate/Advanced English
