About the role
- You identify potential customers (B2B) and proactively contact them by phone or via digital channels
- You conduct structured initial conversations and qualify leads according to clear criteria
- You work with prepared call scripts and playbooks — and contribute your own ideas
- You reliably document your results in the CRM system
- You work closely with our project managers and provide valuable market feedback
- You continuously develop your skills through coaching, feedback and community best practices
Requirements
- You are currently a student and have some experience in sales or telephone-based customer outreach — the latter is not required
- You are communicative, curious and not afraid to proactively approach people
- You work reliably, independently and in a structured way
- You have your own laptop with a stable internet connection
- You speak fluent German — English skills are a plus
- You are eager to grow within a sales community and develop together
