About the role

  • You identify potential customers (B2B) and proactively contact them by phone or via digital channels
  • You conduct structured initial conversations and qualify leads according to clear criteria
  • You work with prepared call scripts and playbooks — and contribute your own ideas
  • You reliably document your results in the CRM system
  • You work closely with our project managers and provide valuable market feedback
  • You continuously develop your skills through coaching, feedback and community best practices

Requirements

  • You are currently a student and have some experience in sales or telephone-based customer outreach — the latter is not required
  • You are communicative, curious and not afraid to proactively approach people
  • You work reliably, independently and in a structured way
  • You have your own laptop with a stable internet connection
  • You speak fluent German — English skills are a plus
  • You are eager to grow within a sales community and develop together
