About the role
- Drive new business growth in your dedicated territory by managing the sales process through inbound and outbound lead generation as well as in-person events and local association chapter meetings.
- Conduct tailored product demos and discovery calls to understand client needs and align our software as the solution.
- Manage a pipeline of opportunities using a consultative sales approach from initial contact through contract close.
- Collaborate closely with Sales Engineers, BDRs, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure a seamless buyer journey.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets and KPIs.
- Keep CRM (e.g. HubSpot) updated with accurate opportunity details and client interactions.
- Stay up to date on product enhancements, industry trends, and competitor activity.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in SaaS or software sales (B2B preferred)
- Proven track record of consistently hitting or exceeding sales quotas
- Strong communication and consultative selling skills
- Experience managing a full sales cycle, from cold outreach to close
- Ability to quickly understand technical products and convey their value to a business audience
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and sales engagement platforms
- Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills
- Knowledge of common SaaS business models and metrics (ARR, MRR, churn, CAC, etc.)
- Property management knowledge is a nice to have but not necessary.
- Deep knowledge of The Office and ability to quote relevant show lines a plus
