About the role
- Develop a thorough understanding of client needs and challenges through consultations and discussions.
- Source candidates using various methods, including job boards, social media, and direct outreach.
- Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to negotiating job offers.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market dynamics to provide valuable insights to clients.
Requirements
- Proven experience in recruitment, ideally in a consultancy or agency environment.
- Strong knowledge of various sourcing techniques and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable internet connection and suitable home office setup.
