About the role

  • Build, manage, and nurture relationships with agents and distributors across key regions
  • Negotiate commercial terms, exclusivity agreements, pricing structures, and contracts
  • Ensure strong execution of agreements across markets
  • Recruit, onboard, and lead your future B2B/wholesale team
  • Provide operational support to agents and distributors (sample sets, pricing, labels, POS, etc.)
  • Coordinate training for partners on Shopify B2B and key sales tools
  • Organise international trade shows, from planning to post-show follow-up
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand and sales presentation
  • Maintain a central B2B sales pipeline tracking orders and leads
  • Own all B2B and wholesale performance metrics
  • Analyse sell-in and sell-through data to support forecasting and planning
  • Identify region-specific opportunities and secure 3PL/distribution partners as needed
  • Drive sustainable growth across channels and territories

Requirements

  • Strong relationship management experience within fashion or apparel wholesale
  • Background negotiating with agents, distributors, and major retail partners
  • Excellent commercial understanding—margin, pricing, contracts, and revenue
  • International experience and comfort managing multiple markets
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret sales data
  • Experience with hybrid wholesale/marketplace models (advantage, not essential)
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus)
  • Ability to stay organised and calm within a dynamic, fast-growth environment.
